Reeves BBQ is a Pembrokeshire-based food pop-up bringing authentic American-style barbecue to events across the county. Founded by husband and wife team Craig and Kate Reeves, we've built a reputation for exceptional slow-cooked meats and a commitment to quality that sets us apart.
Every cut of meat receives a minimum of 12 to 14 hours of slow cooking. Our menu features American-style sides rather than traditional Welsh accompaniments, creating an authentic transatlantic experience. Despite the American influence, we're dedicated to local sourcing, with meat supplied by Pendergrast Butchers.
